Giada at Home
Final decision- Giada at Home. It's her newest cookbook. Evie has decided to cook with me through the cookbook and Jen had mentioned it, but I haven't heard anything recently. (Jen?) It will be a little crazy and nontraditional, because we're all very busy this summer. For this week, though, we will be making Apricot and Nut Cookies with Amaretto Icing. I will try to post pictures before I leave for Costa Rica.

I'm still here! I'll have to take a look at the book and see if it inspires me. I confess that Giada always weired be out by her strangely large smile and slightly too-SoCal-like ways/appearance.

Jen!! So many questions! Let me know what you end up deciding about Giada. Evie and I are making her fish stew tonight. I've never been a fish stew fan, but maybe she'll change my mind..
ReplyDeleteI went to CR on the 9th and got back on the 17th. I took a group of students. It was magical. I want to live there!!
I am rooting for Argentina and Italy. I should probably choose, but I decided to spread my love around a little before I have to narrow down my allegiances. Who are you rooting for?
